What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you use a website. They help the site remember your session and work reliably.
Who is responsible
Cookies on this booking site are used by SIA "DBH Ltd Baltics". Contact: info@kolonna.com.
Essential cookies
We use essential cookies needed to provide the booking service:
- Session cookie — keeps you signed into the booking flow and remembers temporary wizard state
- CSRF / security cookie — protects forms against forged requests
- Locale preference — remembers the language you selected, when applicable
Essential cookies do not require consent and are always active when you use the booking site.
Analytics cookies
With your consent, we may also use analytics tools to understand how the booking site is used and to improve it:
- Microsoft Clarity — helps us review anonymous usage patterns, heatmaps, and session insights
- Google Analytics 4 — helps us measure traffic and how visitors use booking pages
These tools load only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Essential only, they are not loaded.
Local storage
The site may also store small preferences in your browser local storage (for example your cookie choice, or remembering your last specialist or salon for convenience). These preferences are not third-party advertising trackers.
Managing cookies
You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, or by blocking cookies in browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the booking site may not work. Clearing site data will show the cookie banner again so you can Accept or choose Essential only.
